Required Documents:

1. Fill form
2. Four pictures with white/blue background
3. Personal cover letter, mentioning: name, passport number, the purpose of visit, date of travel, and other important information.
4. Company registration documents
5. One copy of the applicant's CNIC card
6. One copy of the applicant's passport, only for the page with information of passport holder
7. Copy of the applicant's passport, for the page with the visa
8. Confirmed and non-refundable air ticket showing all destinations
9. (If staying in Mauritius) Documents relating to accommodation
10. Applicant's original bank statement covering at least 1 year, and a certified covering letter from the bank. (Per day expense 10000/- PKR)
11. Other relevant supporting documents

Visa on approval from Mauritius
If the husband's name is not mentioned in the passport please provide a marriage registration certificate copy and marriage card for both ends
if traveling with family provide FRC from the Nadra office
Requirements, for now, are these because Embassy is changing the requirements very often
