Visa Requirements for Thailand:

1. 2 Visa application forms.
2. Three recent photographs (3.5x4.5) White Background.
3. Request letter for embassy.
4. 8 months valid machine readable passport With All Previous One.
5. National Tax Number (NTN).
6. Bank statement last one year with account maintenace letter with sign and stamp.
7. If traveling with family then please provide FRC MRC.
8. CNIC Photo copy.
9. Round trip confirm ticket.
